RT9999A/B是具有高集成度的電源管理IC，內含7路開關模式DC/DC轉換器、1路通用線性穩壓器、1路常通低耗電線性穩壓器、1個能阻止來自備用電池的反向電流的開關和一個包含定時計數器和32789Hz振盪器的即時時鐘電路，其目標應用是數碼相機。<BR>內含的DC/DC轉換器包括1個工作於非同步PFM模式或同步PWM模式的升壓電路、一個電流模式同步升壓/降壓電路（Buck-Boost）、兩個同步降壓電路、一個供CCD+使用的包含負載開關的同步升壓電路、一個供CCD-使用的非同步反相器和一個工作於同步升壓模式或定電流模式的WLED驅動器，這些電路都集成了MOSFET功率開關，補償網路也已內建 。<BR>RT9999A/B含有I<SUP>2</SUP>C介面，可通過它進行上電時序設定、輸出電壓設定、WLED電流和調光設定，也可通過它獲取RTC計數器資訊、對振盪器進行微調。<BR>RT9999A/B具有完備的保護功能設計，其中包括過流保護、欠壓保護、過壓保護、過熱保護和超載保護。<BR>RT9999A/B使用WQFN-40L 5x5封裝。
