RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 可為 10V 至 80V 系統提供企業級保護與高效能監控功能，特別適用於 48V/54V 資料中心網路設備等應用。產品具備低於毫秒等級的短路故障響應時間、高解析度可程式化電流限制設定，以及遠端溫度感測功能，並支援可調式警告與關機溫度門檻，以保護及監控關鍵系統。 RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 內建可程式化 MOSFET 安全操作區域（SOA）保護功能，可精確控制 MOSFET 的最大功率耗散；同時具備 MOSFET 健康狀態警告與偵測演算法，即使 MOSFET 處於完全導通狀態，仍可持續監控其運作狀況。可調式故障計時器（Fault Timer）則可避免誤觸發，並限制過載事件持續時間。 在監控功能方面，RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 可即時量測功率、電壓、電流、溫度及故障資訊，並透過 I²C/SMBus 介面，以符合 PMBus 指令架構的方式傳送相關資訊。高精度遙測（Telemetry）功能可支援智慧電源管理應用，例如 Intel PROCHOT 輸出、電源最佳化以及早期故障偵測。 此外，RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 提供可調式遙測平均功能（Telemetry Averaging）與峰值功率量測功能，可進一步提升系統診斷能力。 RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 與市場上同類型產品腳位完全相容（TSSOP-28 Exposed Pad 封裝），同時提供多項性能與功能上的改進優勢。 建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
