RTQ1962 是一款可堆疊式 eFuse，整合多項電源元件，可在精巧封裝中提供高電流與高電壓電路保護。透過簡單的外部應用電路，即可防護過載、短路故障、過大湧入電流以及輸入過壓等情況。啟動湧入電流可透過單顆外接電容調整，而啟動期間的主動式限流功能搭配內建計時器，可在短路啟動情況下提供保護。穩態過電流保護具備遮蔽計時器（Blanking Timer），並搭配快速過電流斷開功能，在允許短暫過載通過而不中斷系統運作的同時，提供可靠保護。穩態過電流保護閾值可透過 IMON 腳位外接單顆電阻進行設定。RTQ1962 提供快速且高精度的電流監測功能（IMON/ILIM），可支援即時電源管理功能（例如 PSYS 與 PROCHOT），以最佳化堆疊式或獨立式 eFuse 應用中的系統效能。此外，MOSFET 健康狀態監測與回報功能可支援預測性維護。RTQ1962 已完成 -40°C 至 125°C 接面溫度範圍的特性驗證，並採用 5mm × 6mm 封裝，非常適合企業級應用。
