RTQ2102A/B 是採用 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架構的 1.5A 高效同步 Buck 轉換器，可在 3V-6V 輸入電壓範圍內工作，輸出電壓可設定範圍為 0.45V-V<sub>IN</sub>，靜態電流消耗低，功率開關導通阻抗小，在全負載範圍內都有高效率表現。ACOT<sup>®</sup> 架構賦予其全負載範圍內都有卓越的瞬態回應特性，對輸出電容的需求少，外部元件數量少。其工作頻率高達 2.7MHz，容許使用小尺寸的電感和電容。<br>RTQ2102A/B 具有完善的保護特性，其中包括輸入欠壓閉鎖保護、輸出欠壓保護、過壓保護和過熱關機保護，還有逐週期電流限制保護可應對輸出短路情形，軟啟動設計則可消除啟動器件的電流衝擊。其封裝形式為 WDFN-8L 3x3。
