RTQ2104BP 是一款 3A、高效率、電流模式同步降壓轉換器，針對車用應用進行最佳化。此元件可在 3V 至 36V 的輸入電壓下運作，並可承受高達 42V 的負載突降暫態保護，有助於簡化輸入突波保護設計。此元件可將輸出電壓設定於 0.8V 至 V<sub>IN</sub> 之間。峰值電流模式控制搭配簡易內部補償，可使用小型電感，並實現快速暫態響應與良好迴路穩定性。<br />超低最小導通時間可在極高降壓比下仍維持固定頻率運作。內建展頻頻率調變進一步協助系統設計人員實現更佳的 EMC 管理。<br />RTQ2104BP 提供完整保護功能，例如輸入欠壓鎖定、輸出欠壓保護、過電流保護與熱關斷。逐週期電流限制可針對輸出短路提供保護，而軟啟動可消除啟動期間的輸入電流突波。RTQ2104BP 採用 SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) 封裝。
