RTQ2105 是高效率的電流模式同步 Buck 轉換器，針對車載應用進行了優化，可在 3V-36V 輸入電壓下工作，具備耐受 42V 拋負載效應的能力，簡化了衝擊保護的設計要求。其輸出電壓可在 0.8V-VIN 之間進行調節，靜態耗電低，集成了低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> 的 MOSFET 功率開關，可在很寬的負載範圍內維持高轉換效率。電流模式控制架構結合簡單的外部補償設計，容許其使用小型電感，具備快速瞬態回應能力和很好的回路穩定性。其工作頻率在 300kHz-2200kHz 內可調，容許在選擇輸出濾波元件時平衡效率和尺寸之間的關係。其最短導通時間非常短，即使在降壓比非常高時也能保持恒定的工作頻率。在對開關雜訊敏感的應用中，可用 300kHz-2200kHz 的外部時鐘信號對其進行同步控制，它還支援選用擴展頻譜調製模式以説明系統設計者更好地進行電磁相容性管理。</br>RTQ2105 具有精確的恒流、恒壓調節特性，是 USB 供電或超級電容充電的理想選擇。在使用長線進行傳輸的應用中，它可以提供線纜壓降補償，確保在電纜末端也能維持精確的電壓調節性能。</br>RTQ2105 具有完備的保護特性，如輸入欠壓鎖定保護、輸出欠壓保護、過流保護和熱關機保護，還有逐週期電流限制保護可應對輸出短路狀況，另有軟起動設計可避免在啟動期間出現電流衝擊。</br>RTQ2105 的封裝形式為 WET-WQFN-24SL 4x4。
