RTQ2118A 結合了充電埠控制器與 3A 同步降壓轉換器，可為各類 USB 充電應用提供高度整合且完整的電源解決方案。 產品可透過 D+ 與 D− 訊號提供符合 USB 2.0 電池充電規範及中國通訊產業標準的充電識別功能。RTQ2118A 內建自動偵測模式，可支援專用充電埠、Divider 3 模式及 1.2V 短接模式，以相容於多種行動裝置的快速充電需求。 RTQ2118A 內建高效率同步降壓轉換器，可在 3V 至 36V 的寬輸入電壓範圍內提供最高 3A 輸出電流，並可承受高達 42V 的負載突波電壓，特別適合車用及工業電源應用。 產品具備定電流控制功能，可實現可調式 USB 電流限制，並透過電流感測訊號搭配負載線補償功能，提供可調整的 USB 輸出電壓，以改善系統的輸出穩定性與充電效能。 RTQ2118A 並提供展頻功能選項，可有效降低電磁干擾，同時整合完整的保護機制，以確保在各種工作條件下皆能安全且穩定運作。 保護功能包括逐週期限流保護，可防止輸出短路造成損壞；軟啟動控制則可降低啟動期間的輸入湧入電流。此外，產品還具備輸入欠壓鎖定保護、輸出欠壓保護、輸出過壓保護及過溫保護等功能，進一步提升系統可靠性。 RTQ2118A 可支援 USB Type-A 連接埠應用，並採用 WETD VQFN-32L 5mm × 5mm 封裝。接面溫度規格範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
