RTQ2516 是一款高效能正電壓穩壓器，專為需要超低輸入電壓與超低壓差電壓、且電流高達 2A 的應用而設計。它可在低至 1.4V 的輸入電壓下運作，且輸出電壓可程式化低至 0.5V。RTQ2516 具備超低壓差特性，非常適合輸出電壓極接近輸入電壓的應用。此外，RTQ2516 具備啟用腳位，可在關斷時進一步降低功率耗散。RTQ2516 在線路、負載與溫度變化下提供優異的調節性能。RTQ2516 採用 SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) 封裝。輸出電壓可依 FB 腳位配置方式，透過外部分壓器設定。建議接面溫度範圍為 −40°C 至 125°C。
