RTQ2539A 是負載能力達 3A 的低雜訊、低壓差、高精度之壓差線性穩壓器(LDO)，能夠以極低壓差提供3A電流（最大 130mV），最低輸入電壓可達 1.1V，易於使用。</br>低雜訊、高 PSRR、大電流能力使 RTQ2539A 成為對電源雜訊敏感的模數轉換器、數模轉換器和射頻器件的理想供電器件。因其輸出精度高、採用遙測技術，可用軟啟動降低衝擊電流，RTQ2539A 也是FPGA、DSP 和 ASIC 等數位器件常用的電源配置。</br>它具有易於進行時序控制的外部使能輸入端和 Power Good 指示，通過在 NR/SS 引腳增加外接旁路電容可增強其抑制輸出雜訊的效果。器件之規格在 T<sub>J</sub> = -40°C ~ 125°C 範圍內都能得到保證，其出貨封裝為 WQFN-12L 2.2x2.5 (FC)。
