RTQ2539C 是一款高電流 (3A)、低雜訊 (6.8μV<sub>RMS</sub>)、高精度（輸入電壓、負載與溫度範圍內 1%）、低壓差線性穩壓器 (LDO)，能夠供出 3A 電流，且具備極低壓差（RTQ2539CGQV 最大 180mV，RTQ2539CGQWF 最大 130mV）。此元件支援低至 1.1V 的單一輸入供應電壓，使其易於使用。<br />低雜訊、高 PSRR 與高輸出電流能力，使 RTQ2539C 非常適合為雜訊敏感元件供電，例如類比數位轉換器 (ADC)、數位類比轉換器 (DAC) 與 RF 元件。憑藉極高精度、遠端感測，以及可降低突入電流的軟啟動能力，RTQ2539C 非常適合為 FPGA、DSP 與 ASIC 等數位負載供電。<br />外部啟用控制與電源良好指示器功能使控制時序更容易。透過在 NR/SS 腳位增加外部旁路電容，可提升輸出雜訊抗擾度。此元件完整規格適用於 T<sub>J</sub> = −40°C 至 125°C 的溫度範圍，並提供 WQFN-12L 2.2x2.5(FC) 與 VQFN-20L 3.5x3.5 封裝。
