RTQ2812B 是一款同步降壓轉換器，可在 3.5V 至 17V 的寬輸入電壓範圍內提供最高 12A 輸出電流。裝置整合低 RDS(ON) 功率 MOSFET、全工作接面溫度範圍內精度達 0.6V ±1% 的參考電壓，以及用於自舉電路的內建二極體，提供高度精簡的解決方案。RTQ2812B 採用 Advanced Constant-On-Time（ACOT®）控制架構，可提供優異的瞬態響應能力並減少外部元件數量。在穩態運作下，ACOT® 技術能在不同輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓條件下維持接近固定的切換頻率，使 EMI 濾波器設計更為容易。此元件提供多項功能以提升設計彈性，包括可選擇的切換頻率、電流限制等級及 PWM 操作模式，使 RTQ2812B 能輕鬆應用於各類設計。另提供獨立啟用控制輸入與 Power-Good 指示訊號，以簡化電源時序控制。透過接於 SS 腳位的外部電容，可設定可程式化軟啟動時間，以控制啟動期間的湧入電流。RTQ2812B 具備完整保護機制，包括輸入欠壓鎖定（UVLO）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）、輸出過壓保護（OVP）、過電流保護（OCP）及過溫保護（OTP）。RTQ2812B 採用強化散熱 WQFN3x4-21T(FC) 封裝，建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 150°C。
