RTQ2822A/B 是具有 12A 電流負載能力的高性能同步 Buck 轉換器，可在 4.5V-17V 輸入電壓範圍內工作，集成有低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET 功率開關、0.6V 高精度參考電壓源和自舉二極體，可形成非常緊湊的電源解決方案。<BR>RTQ2822A/B 採用 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 改進型固定導通時間控制架構，具有超快速的瞬態回應特性，週邊元件少，在整個輸入、輸出和負載範圍內的穩態工作頻率幾乎恒定不變，易於設計其 EMI 濾波器。<BR>該器件提供眾多的功能以實現設計上的靈活性，具有可選擇的工作頻率、電流限制閾值和 PWM 工作模式，可滿足多種不同應用的需求；具有獨立的使能控制輸入、POWER GOOD 指示輸出，方便進行時序控制設計；具有通過一隻外接電容即可對軟啟動過程進行設置的 SS，可有效控制啟動期間的電流衝擊；具有逐週期電流限制、OVP、UVP、輸入欠壓鎖定和 OTP 等保護功能。<BR>RTQ2822A/B 的封裝形式是具有很好熱性能的 VQFN-18L 3.5x3.5 (FC)。
