RTQ2822T 是一款高效能同步降壓轉換器（Synchronous Step-Down Converter），輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V 至 17V，最大可提供 15A 輸出電流。產品整合低導通電阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET、精準的 0.6V 參考電壓以及自舉電路所需的內建二極體，可提供相當精巧的電源解決方案。 RTQ2822T 採用先進固定導通時間控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架構，可提供超高速暫態響應，同時進一步減少外部元件數量。在穩態運作下，ACOT® 控制可在輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓變化範圍內維持近乎固定的開關頻率，使 EMI 濾波器設計更加容易。 本產品提供多項功能以提升設計彈性，包括可選擇的開關頻率、電流限制等級及 PWM 運作模式，使 RTQ2822T 能輕鬆應用於各種不同系統需求。此外，產品提供獨立的使能控制（EN）輸入及 Power Good 指示訊號，方便進行電源時序控制。 為了控制啟動期間的湧入電流，RTQ2822T 提供可程式化軟啟動功能，只需於 SS 腳位外接電容即可設定啟動時間。產品同時整合完整保護機制，包括逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）、輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）以及過溫保護（OTP），確保系統安全可靠運作。 RTQ2822T 採用散熱強化型 VQFN-18L 3.5mm × 3.5mm（FC）封裝。
