RTQ2833A 是一款高效能同步降壓轉換器（Synchronous Step-Down Converter），輸入電壓範圍為 4V 至 18V，最大可提供 3A 輸出電流。產品整合低導通電阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET、精準的 0.5V 參考電壓以及自舉電路所需的內建二極體，可提供相當精巧的電源解決方案。 RTQ2833A 採用內部補償的快速電流模式控制（Fast Current Mode，FCM）架構，可提供快速暫態響應，並進一步減少外部元件數量。FCM 控制能在輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓變化範圍內維持真正固定的開關頻率，使 EMI 濾波器設計更加容易。 本產品提供多種功能以提升設計彈性。可選擇的開關頻率讓 RTQ2833A 能滿足不同應用需求；獨立的使能（EN）控制腳位及 Power Good 指示訊號可方便進行電源時序控制；內建展頻調變（Spread-Spectrum Frequency Modulation）功能則有助於降低 EMI 並改善系統電磁相容性。 RTQ2833A 亦整合完整的保護功能，包括輸入欠壓鎖定保護（UVLO）、逐週期限流保護（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）、輸出過壓保護（OVP）、輸出欠壓保護（UVP）、過溫保護（OTP），以及可選擇的軟啟動時間設定，用於控制啟動期間的湧入電流，以提高系統可靠性。 RTQ2833A 採用散熱強化型 WQFN-14L 3mm × 2.5mm（FC）封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 150°C。
