RTQ5132 是一款整合式電源管理 IC（PMIC），適用於一般 DDR5 SODIMM 與 UDIMM 應用。此元件內建三組降壓轉換器（Buck Converter，SWA、SWB 與 SWC）以及兩組 LDO 穩壓器（VLDO_1.0V 與 VLDO_1.8V），可提供 DDR5 模組所需的多組電源軌。 此外，RTQ5132 支援可選擇的通訊介面（I²C 或 I3C Basic），可因應不同應用環境及系統需求。 本產品內建完整的保護機制，以確保電源分配安全可靠。當發生異常狀況時，相關故障事件可記錄於內部暫存器中，並透過 PWR_GOOD 與 GSI_n 開漏（Open-Drain）訊號輸出進行狀態指示。 RTQ5132 採用 WQFN-28L 3mm × 4mm（FC）封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -10°C 至 125°C，環境溫度範圍為 0°C 至 85°C。
