RTQ5152 是一款專為第一代 DDR5 MRDIMM 應用設計的整合式電源管理 IC（PMIC）解決方案。此元件內建四組單相降壓轉換器（Buck Converter），包括 SWA、SWB、SWC 與 SWD，以及三組 LDO 穩壓器，分別為 VLDO_1.0V、VLDO_1.8V 與 VBIAS，可提供 DDR5 MRDIMM 系統所需的多組電源軌。 在四組降壓轉換器中，SWA 與 SWB 支援單相模式或雙相模式運作，可依據系統功率需求與效率要求進行彈性配置。此外，RTQ5152 支援可選擇的通訊介面，包括 I²C 與 I3C Basic，可滿足不同應用環境與系統架構需求。 RTQ5152 內建完整的保護機制，以確保電源分配的安全性與可靠性。當發生異常狀況時，相關故障事件可記錄於內部暫存器中，並透過 CAMP 與 GSI_n 開漏（Open-Drain）訊號輸出進行狀態回報與警示。 RTQ5152 採用 VQFN-35L 5mm × 5mm（FC）封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
