RTQ6341 是一款 1.5A、高效率、峰值電流模式控制非同步降壓轉換器。此元件可在 4V 至 42V 的輸入電壓下運作。此元件可將輸出電壓設定於 0.8V 至 VIN 之間。低靜態電流設計搭配整合式低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 高側 MOSFET，可在寬負載範圍內實現高效率。峰值電流模式控制搭配簡易外部補償，可使用小型電感，並實現快速暫態響應與良好迴路穩定性。100kHz 至 2500kHz 的寬切換頻率，可在選擇輸出濾波元件時最佳化效率與尺寸。超低最小導通時間可在極高降壓比下仍維持固定頻率運作。對於切換雜訊敏感的應用，它可從外部同步於 300kHz 至 2200kHz。RTQ6341 提供完整保護功能，例如輸入欠壓鎖定、輸出欠壓保護、輸出過壓保護、過電流保護與熱關斷。逐週期電流限制可針對輸出短路提供保護，而軟啟動可消除啟動期間的輸入電流突波。RTQ6341 採用 WDFN-10SL 3x3 與 SOP-8 (Exposed pad) 封裝。
