RTQ7892B-QT 是一款 USB Type-C Power Delivery（USB PD）及 PWM 降升壓轉換器，內建低側 MOSFET，專為 USB PD 供電端應用提供高度整合的功能與設計彈性。此 IC 內嵌 ARM Cortex-M0 MCU，可處理通訊協定、PWM 轉換器智慧控制、韌體式保護機制及客製化功能等多項任務。此外，晶片亦具備硬體式保護功能，包括電感峰值電流限制、VBUS 過壓保護（VBUS OVP）、VIN 欠壓保護（VIN UVP）、VIN 過壓保護（VIN OVP）、輸出欠壓保護（VO UVP）及 VCONN 過電流保護，即使 MCU 尚未啟動，保護功能仍可快速且可靠地運作。RTQ7892B-QT 以極少的外部元件及簡潔的 PCB 佈局，即可提供完整且優異的 USB PD 供電解決方案。RTQ7892B-QT 採用 WQFN7x7-62 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 150°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
