RTQ8307-QT 是一款 48 通道高精度定電流 LED 驅動器，內建 12 位元 PWM 控制功能，專為 LED 背光局部調光應用而設計。產品整合 48 組獨立且具彈性的 PWM 產生器，可提供獨立的 12 位元 PWM 亮度控制，同時支援各通道 LED 電流調節，以實現精細的區域亮度控制效果。 RTQ8307-QT 內建一組高精度 8 位元全域電流設定器，用於設定 LED 峰值電流。此外，每個通道皆配備獨立的 8 位元數位電流調整器，可針對各區域提升或降低 LED 電流，特別適用於高動態範圍顯示應用，以獲得更佳的畫面對比與亮度表現。 每個定電流汲入通道最高可提供 60mA 電流，且可透過內部暫存器設定於 5mA 至 60mA 範圍內調整。RTQ8307-QT 能為各通道提供高達 ±2% 的電流精度，確保背光亮度均勻一致。 產品支援局部調光與全域調光功能，各通道 PWM 產生器可獨立設定占空比、週期及延遲時間，提供高度彈性的背光控制能力。 此外，RTQ8307-QT 內建動態餘裕控制功能，可向 DC-DC 電源控制迴路提供回授訊號，動態調整輸出電壓，在滿足 LED 驅動需求的同時提升整體系統效率。 RTQ8307-QT 亦提供 LED 開路與短路保護功能。當任一通道發生開路或短路異常時，故障指示腳位將輸出異常訊號，並自動關閉對應通道，以防止系統進一步受損並提高可靠性。 RTQ8307-QT 採用 WQFN-72L 8mm × 8mm 封裝。建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 150°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
