RTQ9154-QA 是一款超低輸出雜訊、高效率的四聲道 Class-D 音訊功率放大器。在汽車應用中，於 14.4V 電源供應下，可對 4Ω 負載提供 4 × 27W 輸出功率（THD+N = 10%）。產品可在最高 2.1MHz 的輸出切換頻率下實現超過 86% 的功率效率，不僅有助於提升音質清晰度，也能以更小的 PCB 面積實現成本最佳化設計。 此外，RTQ9154-QA 的開關頻率可設定於 AM 廣播頻段以上或以下。設定於 AM 頻段以上時，可避免 AM 頻段干擾並降低輸出濾波器尺寸與成本；設定於 AM 頻段以下時，則可進一步優化系統效率。 RTQ9154-QA 可透過 I²C 匯流排介面進行完整功能設定，並具備專為汽車應用設計的全面診斷功能。 產品內建多重保護機制，包括熱折返保護（Thermal Fold-Back）、過溫保護（OTP）、過電流保護（OCP）、過電壓保護（OVP）及欠電壓保護（UVP），並可回報錯誤狀態資訊。 RTQ9154-QA 為三線式數位音訊裝置，所有時脈均由外部提供，支援標準 I²S 與 TDM（Time-Division Multiplexing）音訊格式，輸入取樣率範圍涵蓋 32kHz 至 192kHz。 本產品採用 56 腳位 RTSSOP 封裝，裸露散熱焊盤（Exposed Thermal Pad）朝上設計。 建議接面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 150°C，環境溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
