RT9179 是一款高性能线性稳压器，具有使能控制和可调的输出电压，其参考电压源为 1.175V。其工作电压范围为 3V~5.5V，可输出高达 300mA 的电流，通过两只外接电阻可在 1.175V~4.5V 之间设定其输出电压。RT9179 具有全输入范围和全负载范围内的优良电压调节性能，对负载瞬变具有快速响应能力。它还具有过流保护和过热保护功能，其使能端可使其进入关机状态以降低消耗。RT9179 的封装是 SOT-23-5。
