RT9022 是针对 CCD 传感器正偏压应用设计的低压差线性稳压器，可满足其苛刻的性能要求和空间要求，其设计针对电池供电系统的特性进行了优化，使之具有低噪声、低静态电流和软启动功能。
RT9022 可与低 ESR 陶瓷电容配合稳定工作，对板面空间要求不高，关机模式下的消耗远低于 1μA。
它还具有超低压差、高输出精度和电流限制保护等特性，其封装形式有 SOT-23-6、SC-70-6 等可选。
