RT9048 是高性能的电压调节器，设计用于在超低输入电压的环境中以超低压差输出高达 2A 的电流，是输出电压非常接近输入电压的低压差应用的理想选择。其输入电压可低达 1.4V，输出电压可用电阻分压器进行调节，最低可达 0.5V。RT9048 可在全输入、输出和温度范围内提供卓越的输出电压稳定性，具有过流和过热保护功能。其使能端可控制其进入关机状态，关机状态下的电流消耗可低达 1.5μA。RT9048 的封装是 SOP-8（含外露式的散热焊盘）。
