RT9067是一款具有始能功能的线性调节器，可以提供高达14V的输入电压、低压差、低功耗工作和包装最小化的好处。2μA 的低静态电流和零电流关闭(Zero Disable Current)特点使它非常适合作为使用电池之设备的电源，因可有更长的使用寿命。RT9067的稳定性高，在其宽输入范围(3.5V至14V)和它的负载电流范围内(0mA至200mA) 可稳定兼容于陶瓷电容。
