RT9194 是含有输出状态指示的低压差电压调节控制器，其作用类似于含有电源监控的电压调节装置，它通过驱动外部 N-MOSFET 以满足各种不同应用的需要，VCC 工作电压范围为 4.5V~13.5V。其架构在应用上具有非常大的灵活性，使用成本低廉。其封装为 SOT-23-6。
