RT9816 是具有手动复位输入端的微功耗电压检测器，可对微处理器或数字系统的电源供应进行监测，必要时即输出复位信号使之还原到初始状态。它对手动输入的复位信号具有抖动消除能力，对电源供应则以内部固定的检测阈值为基准进行检测，检测范围在 1.2V-5V 之间，可选级差为 0.1V，可满足绝大多数数字应用系统的需求，自身电流消耗仅为 3μA。当 VDD 端电压低于预设阈值时，RT9816 将输出一个复位信号，此信号在 VDD 电压低于预设阈值期间将持续存在。在 VDD 电压重新回到阈值上方以后，复位信号将在延迟预定的时长以后恢复正常。如欲人为地输出复位信号，只需人为地使手动复位输入端 MR 的电压低于规格书所定义的 VIL 电平即可。RT9816 以 SC-82 封装形式供货。
