RT3662AM是集成了3组MOSFET驱动器的双输出PWM控制器,它符合AMD SVI2电压调节器规范,可为CPU内核和北桥部分供电。它采用定电流纹波固定导通时间(Constant Current Ripple Constant On-Time, CCRCOT)及立錡专有的G-NAVP控制架构,易于设定以满足AMD AVP(Adaptive Voltage Positioning)的需求,简单设定误差放大器的直流增益即可获得所需电压随载下降的参数。借助适当的补偿,负载瞬态响应特性也能对AVP性能进行优化。它还能通过相互之间的接口发送VOTF完成信号,将VDD/VDDNB电压和电流数据编码以后进行上报。在轻载条件下,RT3662AM可进入二极管仿真模式以优化效率表现。其电流增益可通过引脚进行调节,还具有Power Good指示、温度指示及各种保护性特性如过流保护、过压及欠压保护等。
