RT9081A 是具有独立偏置电压供应端的高性能线性稳压器，设计用于输入电压低、输入输出压差小的应用中，电流负载能力可达 500mA。其超低压差特性使其成为输出电压非常接近输入电压应用的理想选择。其输入电压可低达 0.8V，输出电压可用外部电阻分压网络进行调节。其静态耗电很低，是便携式应用的理想选择。其封装形式为 ZADFN-6L 1.2x1.2。
