RT5090F內含1個Buck控制器、3路高效率的同步Buck轉換器、1路低壓差線性穩壓器、I2C控制介面和一些週邊邏輯控制電路。RT5090F支援靜音功能，能在電源輸入中斷時消除爆裂音，支援快速儲存設定資訊。RT5090F支援12V至24V單輸入的系統或12V至24V+3.3V待機電源的系統。RT5090F使用WQFN-40L 5x5封裝。
