Richtek’s MOSFET Gate drivers are designed for core voltage supplies in motherboards as well as mobile computing applications that require high efficiency and excellent thermal performance. Combined with Richtek's series of multi-phase Buck PWM controllers, our MOSFET drivers provide a complete core voltage regulator solution for advanced microprocessors.

DrMOS integrates a driver and power MOSFETs into a small package to complete power stage switching function. The parasitic parameters are greatly reduced compared to discrete solutions, so the switching loss is also reduced. A significant reduction of switching losses enables superior efficiency at higher switching frequencies. High reliability and low electromagnetic interference, combined with high power density, enable designers to save board space and still deliver superior performance.
