RT9261 是利用CMOS工藝製作的具有超低電源消耗的 Boost 架構 VFM DC/DC 轉換器產品系列，適用於電池供電的儀器設備中。RT9261 將振盪器、VFM 控制電路、開關電晶體、參考電壓、誤差放大器、電壓檢測電阻、開關保護電路等集成於單一IC中，最少僅需使用3顆外部元件即可構成一個低漣波、高效率的升壓電路。RT9261A 提供了一個驅動外部電晶體的端子以滿足較高輸出電流的應用的需要。EN是IC的使能端，利用它可使晶片在待機狀態下僅消耗最大 0.5μA 的電流。
