RT8110B为适用于单一电源应用的单相同步降压转换器的定频PWM控制器，并内建MOSFET驱动设计，其特色为内建稳压调节器允许广输入电压范围应用。RT8110B 采用电压模式控制并具备内部补偿以简化转换器之设计。内部0.8V的参考电压允许低输出电压的应用，切换频率恒定于400kHz以降低外部被动组件的大小并节省电路板面积。RT8110B 提供低电压保护、电流限制、过电流保护与过热保护。低端MOSFET RDS(ON)被用于过电流保护所需的电感电流感测应用。
